       According to the National Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China issued by the National Standard Notice No. 43, GB7000.1-2015 "Lamps Part 1: General requirements and tests" (hereinafter referred to as the "new version of the standard") was December 31, 2015 (Hereinafter referred to as "the old standard"), which is the replacement of GB7000.1-2007 "Lamps Part 1: General requirements and tests". The relevant requirements for the implementation of the new version of the mandatory certification of lamps and lanterns are as follows:

       First, from the date of this notice to January 01, 2017, the applicant can voluntarily choose the new or old standard for certification, such as the choice of the old version, should be in the January 1, 2017 to complete the relevant certification process. January 01, 2017, CQC will use the new version of the standard implementation of certification and issued a new version of the standard certification, no longer issued the old version of the standard certification.

       2. For products that have been certified by the old standard, the old standard certificate holder shall submit to the CQC an application for the conversion of the new standard certificate before the end of the first follow-up inspection after the date of issuance of this notice. ; All old standard certificate conversion work will be completed by December 31, 2017, overdue completion, will be suspended for the old version of the standard certificate. March 31, 2018 after the conversion has not yet completed the certificate, will revoke the old standard certificate.

       Third, for the January 1, 2017 has been shipped, put on the market and no longer produce certified products, no need for certificate conversion.

       Fourth, the relevant designated laboratories should be as soon as possible to the National Certification and Accreditation Administration and CQC reported with the new version of the standard testing capacity of the situation, and should be timely through the new version of the standard laboratory accreditation and accreditation of the situation reported for the record.
