Phase 1: Application Acceptance

Upon receipt of the required application, the CQC sends a notice of acceptance to the applicant informing the applicant of the sending or sending of the relevant documents and information. The application phase becomes 1.

Applicants provide information to CQC as required.

Phase 2: Data review

At the stage of the data review, the product certification engineer is required to base the application.

After the unit is divided, if the sample test is required, the product certification engineer sends the sample notification to the applicant and the corresponding payment notice, and informs the applicant to send the sample reception notice to the corresponding testing organization.

Phase 3: Sample Sampling Received

The sample is directly directed by the applicant to the designated testing organization.

After the applicant pays, please fill in the payment voucher as required.

The testing organization shall accept the acceptance of the sample, fill in the sample acceptance report, and submit the sample rectification notice for the unqualified sample, and fill in the sample acceptance report after rectification.

After the sample is inspected, the testing organization shall fill in the sample detection schedule report CQC.

CQC received the progress of the sample test, after confirming the relevant fees paid by the applicant, the applicant issued a formal notice of acceptance, issued to the testing agency issued a task book, the sample test began.

Phase 4: Sample Test

During the testing of the sample, the applicant should follow the sample test rectification notice for rectification.

After the sample test is completed, the testing organization will fill in the sample test result notification.

The testing organization will also send the test report and other information to the CQC.

Phase 5: Factory review

For inspections that require a factory review, the Inspectorate organizes a factory review.

Phase 6: Conformity Assessment
